Ed Morgan is the founding National
Chair of the Canadian Academic
Friends of Israel and teaches
international and constitutional Law.
Professor Morgan has appeared at all
levels of Canadian courts, the
American Court of Human Rights, and
the Decolonization Committee of the
United Nations. Ed Morgan served as
national legal counsel for Canadian Jewish Congress
(1998-2001) and provided the expert opinion cited by the
U.S. courts on the legal status of the Palestinian
Authority in the leading case of Ungar v. P.A.
Professor Morgan is also past national president of Canadian Jewish Congress (2004-2007).
